The conviction behind Threshold.

I did not set out to build a product. I set out to build the institution that builds products.

The thesis

My conviction is simple: the greatest and most durable value is created at thresholds - the points where one state becomes another. Information becomes intelligence. Intelligence becomes value. An idea becomes a product. Data becomes a decision.

Whoever builds the system that governs one of these crossings captures the value that flows through it, again and again.

Why an institution, not a product

A single product is an outcome. A system that produces products is an asset. The divisions are one system in which problems become intelligence, intelligence becomes product, product develops a market, and the market gives rise to new ventures.

Why now, and why here

Artificial intelligence has matured enough to operate on real decisions. Physical industries are digitizing in earnest. And the United Arab Emirates is investing deliberately in becoming a builder of technology rather than only a consumer of it.

The standard

We think in systems, not isolated outputs. We think in frameworks, platforms, and long-term enterprise value. Anything that does not strengthen the ecosystem does not belong.
